Dr. Shivika Agarwal is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a dental background and over 15 years of clinical experience. She has counselled over 1,000 families, supporting mothers with antenatal breastfeeding preparation, latch and positioning difficulties, milk supply concerns, painful feeds, poor infant weight gain, and complex feeding challenges.

She also provides tongue-tie and lip-tie assessment and release, integrating breastfeeding support with oral function evaluation. Her dental training sits alongside the lactation work, so feeding, oral function and oral health are looked at together rather than as separate problems.

At Lavender Lane, Dr. Agarwal sees families for lactation and breastfeeding support, antenatal counselling, infant feeding difficulties, and tongue-tie and lip-tie assessment and release.
