✿ We're really glad you're here.

This part of the website is for you, the kid.

Grab a crayon. Write your name on the slate — then pick a question below. We answer like you're a real person, because you are.

First, how are you feeling today, friend?

What happens when you visit us

It's not scary. We promise. Here's what your day will look like.

1

You walk in

The waiting room has books, a wall to draw on, and bean bags. Not plastic chairs. Tell us your name and we'll know you're here.

2

We check stuff

Your height, your weight, how warm you are. None of this hurts. It takes about five minutes. You can have a sticker if you want one.

3

You meet Dr. Silky

She'll ask how you're feeling, not just where it hurts. Tell her everything. She listens to kids properly. Your grown-up can stay or step out, whatever you want.

4

You go home

If you need medicine or tests, we'll explain them in real words before you leave. No surprises. You get a little card with your next visit on it.

Dr. Silky Jain, Founder, Lavender Lane

Hi, friend. I'm Silky. I'm a doctor.

"I went to school for a very long time to learn how to take care of kids. I'm not scary, I promise. I'll always tell you what I'm doing before I do it. And if you have a question, even a small one, I want to hear it."
Silky
P.S. You can call me Silky. You don't have to say 'Doctor' if you don't want to.

Things you might be wondering about

We won't pretend. Tap a question.

Why do I have to visit a doctor?
Doctors help make sure your body is growing, feeling and working the way it should. At Lavender Lane, our paediatricians and child specialists in Noida take care of children of different ages and help with everything from regular check-ups to specific health concerns.
What will happen when I come to Lavender Lane?
First, we'll talk to you and your parents about how you're feeling. Your doctor may check things like your height, weight, heartbeat, breathing or temperature. We'll always try to explain what's happening so your visit feels comfortable and less scary.
Can my parents stay with me?
Of course! Your parent or caregiver can stay with you during your consultation and most tests or treatments. Lavender Lane is designed as a child-friendly paediatric centre in Noida, where children and families are cared for together.
What if I'm scared of injections or tests?
It's completely okay to feel nervous. If you need a vaccination, blood test or diagnostic test, our team will explain it in simple words and help you feel comfortable before we begin. You can ask questions whenever you want.
Do I only come here when I'm sick?
No! Children can also visit Lavender Lane for regular paediatric check-ups, vaccinations, growth and development monitoring, well-baby visits and specialist consultations. Looking after your health is important even when you're feeling great.
